High School Student Applicants:
An eligible student may receive a HOPE Grant for all coursework required by Ogeechee Technical College for a program of study leading to a certificate or diploma. However, recipients are limited by the number of credit hours for which they can receive HOPE Grant payment. Students can receive a total of 95 quarter hours of HOPE Grant payment. Hours taken as a high school student will count towards their 95 total hours of HOPE Grant payment. Effective fall quarter 2004, all credit hours for which students received HOPE Grant payment will be included in the total number of allowable hours of HOPE Grant payment. No student may receive more than a cumulative total of 190 quarter hours of HOPE (Scholarship, Accel, and Grant).
