Diagnostic Documentation
All disabilities that affect learning and/or require a physical alteration will require documentation that verifies the disability, clarifies the areas of learning affected, and states recommended accommodations for class.
The Counseling Center will provide specific services for students with Learning Disabilities. We determine the eligibility for these services when the office receives current and comprehensive documentation of the diagnosis from appropriate professional personnel.
