Description:
Receives, screens, and directs telephone calls and visitors for the Administrative Services Unit. Accepts and posts student payments to the Student Banner Software and balances cashier sessions. Accepts all other payments from various areas of the college. Assists students, faculty and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Under close supervision, performs basic billing and other AR duties for the technical college. Prepares and mails statements of accounts. Performs Student Registration Sessions that may require irregular working hours. Maintains files and various Excel spreadsheets. Performs routine general clerical duties and any other duties assigned as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Experience performing clerical tasks which provided some training in accounting and/or clerical areas; knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications; excellent human-relations, interpersonal skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience.
Salary/Benefits:

Description:
Responsible for teaching courses in the Imaging Sciences Department. Under general supervision, prepares lesson plans and develops program and syllabi, goals, and objectives. Evaluates students’ progress in attaining goals and objectives. Requests and maintains supplies and equipment and prepares budget requests. Maintains program certification requirements. Attends staff development training, workshops, seminars, and conferences. Ensures safety and security requirements are met in the training area. Meets with students, staff, and other educators to discuss students’ instructional programs and other issues. Assists with recruitment, retention, and job placement efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or related field from a regionally accredited college or university. Minimum of three years of full-time paid in field work experience and must hold Radiologic Technology and Diagnostic Medical Sonography certification. Must have working knowledge of Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and be familiar with the use of computers in a clinical setting. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in teaching and curriculum development. Managerial experience in the clinical setting and/ or educational setting. Broad clinical experience in the imaging science area. Certification in Computed Tomography.
