New Employee Orientation

In an effort to make your first experiences as a new employee at Ogeechee Technical College pleasant, we have prepared a new employee orientation program for you where all necessary information will be disseminated to you. 

You will be assigned a mentor to assist in your transition to Ogeechee Technical College.  Your mentor will be assigned by the vice president of your division and will be someone who is in the same department/division as you.  The mentor will be your “right hand” until you “know your way around.”  Your mentor will be someone who is positive and a team player well versed in the expectations of an employee.
