Ogeechee Tech Child Enrichment Center Students Visit Dental Assisting Lab

Students from Ogeechee Technical College’s Child Enrichment Center recently visited the Dental Assisting program lab on the College campus, to learn about caring for their teeth.  Dental Assisting students greeted the CEC students, and demonstrated some of the equipment used in the Dental Assisting program area.  Aside from teaching the children about dental care, it is hoped that exposing them to a dentist office setting in a non-threatening manner will help them be more comfortable when they visit a real dentist office.
