Ogeechee Tech Echocardiography Program Holds Pinning Ceremony
The Ogeechee Technical College Echocardiography program recently celebrated the pinning ceremony of the first graduating class. The class of 2008 celebrated with family and friends in a moving ceremony at which Dr. Anthony Chappell of Southeastern Cardiovascular Associates was the guest speaker. After the pins were given by Echocardiography instructor L. Jane Stanley and Diagnostic Medical Sonography instructor Tina Welch, the audience was treated to a photo presentation of the students throughout the past five quarters. The graduating students were Lisa M. Baxter, Doy Carter, Mary Katherine Deal, Lakeelar Lee, Ashley Merritt, and Kara Warren.
