With an attendance of over 750, the recent Statesboro Crossing and Gateway Industrial Park Job Fair hosted by the Georgia Department of Labor and Ogeechee Technical College was a great success. The fair, held at Ogeechee Technical College, allowed those interested in jobs to meet representatives from several companies in one location. Employers participating in the event were T.J. Maxx, Books-A-Million, Petco, Viracon, and Walmart Distribution Center. Job seekers were allowed to speak with representatives of the companies and were able to gather information about the application process for jobs at each company.
