Ability To Benefit Testing
Applicants without a high school diploma or the equivalent who are applying for Title IV funds must have the entrance test specially administered. The Admissions Office will make arrangements to have the test offered at specific times at no cost to the applicant.

Notice: OTC is not able to give test results over the phone. The Federal Education Rights Privacy Act (FERPA) requires results be given directly to the student or a designated representative of the student. The student must sign an Authorization to Release Information Form authorizing the designated persons to receive test scores.
