The Financial Aid office at Ogeechee Technical College encourages students to complete their upcoming year’s FAFSA as soon as possible. A drawing was held for a KINDLE Fire HD from the list of students at the College who have already completed the 2013-14 FAFSA. The winner was Crystal Roberts who is enrolled in the Business Management program.
In addition to the drawing, there was also a trivia question and essay contest in March. There were weekly drawings throughout the month with each winner receiving a $25.00 gift card. In addition, there was an essay contest in which the winner received a KINDLE Fire HD and one essay was chosen to receive the Director’s award with the prize also being a $25.00 gift card.
“We would like to thank all of our students that participated in our activities. We would also like to give a big thanks to the Student Leadership Council for their donation that made our prizes possible,” said Celena Brown, who works in the Financial Aid office at Ogeechee Tech.
