Family and friends of the members of Ogeechee Technical College’s Medical Assisting program gathered on April 30 for a pinning ceremony honoring students who have completed their program of study. Held in the auditorium of the Joseph E. Kennedy Building on the College campus, the ceremony allowed the students and their supporters to celebrate their accomplishments. Instructors Anne Gailey and Michelle McCranie, and Program Director Marilyn Turner, presented pins to each student, to be worn on their uniforms as a outward sign of the completion of their program at Ogeechee Tech. In addition to the formal ceremony, the students and others gathered in the Kennedy lobby for a reception.
