Occupational Noise Exposure

Real Estate: 9-Hour Continuing Education Courses
Salespersons and Brokers are required to take six hours of continuing education for every year of the renewal period for their license. For instance, they must take 24 continuing education hours to renew a four year license. The following 9-hour course is available: Understanding Closing Statements.

Real Estate: Broker Pre-License Course  
This course is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Upon completing the course and obtaining a 75 or better on the required school test, candidates are eligible to apply for the Georgia Real Estate Broker License Exam. The exam is $261.
