The goal of Special Populations and Equity is to provide services which encourage academic and technical attainment and graduation of special populations; and provide assurance of nondiscrimination for special populations and all students of the College.


Special Populations are defined as …

Individuals with disabilities;

Individuals from economically disadvantaged families;

Nontraditional training participants;

Single parents, including single pregnant women

Displaced homemakers;

Individuals with limited English proficiency.

Support Services

Lending Library services for textbook loans & tuition assistance - The Lending Library and Student Support Program allows students to apply for textbook loans and financial assistance for tuition, fees and emergent issues, such as limited transportation funds.
