Casey Corbett
Fish & Wildlife Management Instructor
Casey McCall Corbett is the Fish and Wildlife Management instructor for Ogeechee Technical College. She is also the advisor for both the Fish and Wildlife Management and the Conservation Law Enforcement programs. Casey graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science and received her master’s degree in Environmental Education. She is a certified Hunter Education Instructor and holds a Georgia Master Naturalists Certification from the University of Georgia County Extension. She is also the Senior Vice President of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7764 Auxiliary. Having started teaching at Ogeechee Tech in 2017, she spent the prior eight years as the Education Coordinator at the Center for Wildlife Education at Georgia Southern University. Wildlife has been her passion since she was a little girl traipsing around the woods with her father and older brother, and then inevitably with her husband and teenage daughter. Her passion for the outdoors has placed her on the path of educating others about wildlife conservation and how we play a vital role in its success. And now after having won the State Rick Perkins Instructor of the Year Award in 2021, she has an additional opportunity to share the value and importance of Technical Education. Two very important topics that are very near and dear to her heart.
