Overview

The OTC Office of the Registrar serves as custodians of student records. This office oversees grade processing and academic history maintenance, graduation application processing and ceremonies, HOPE Scholarship application and evaluation, and is responsible for a wide variety of services, such as evaluation of transferable credit from external colleges and universities, Banner Web and Student Email account assistance, registration, and class schedule adjustments. It is also the responsibility of the Registrar’s Office to maintain accurate and secure records. For the protection of student’s rights to privacy, the Registrar’s Office ensures the College’s compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. The office of the Registrar also offers information and resources for faculty, and staff.

Our professional and courteous staff will eagerly assist and serve students beginning with their initial registration and beyond their graduation.
