Payment Methods

Student bills are emailed weekly to those with outstanding balances beginning approximately 4 weeks prior to the payment deadline.

Students may use a variety of methods to pay their tuition and fees. Please discuss Financial Aid options and deadlines with the Financial Aid Staff.

Payments by check, credit card, or debit card may be made online through your Banner Web account by selecting the Pay by check or credit card option under the Business Office menu. You will need your Banner Web PIN to log in and make payment through this account.

Through our partnership with NelNet Business Solutions, Ogeechee Technical College is able to offer our students a way to pay tuition and fees in monthly installments. Many students find the plan helps make college more affordable by paying their tuition and fees over the course of the semester. There is no interest, payment options are flexible, enrollment fees are affordable, and it is easy to enroll! This is not a loan program and there is no credit check. Enrollment in the plan is easy and available online. All you need to enroll is your student ID, email address, and tuition balance. The plan has a nonrefundable enrollment fee, and payments to NelNet are set up by either Automatic bank payment (ACH) or Credit or Debit card (An additional fee may be assessed). Payments may be made by cash, check, credit card, or debit card at the Business Office located on the main campus at One Joseph E. Kennedy Blvd, Statesboro.
