Click the Find My Login Info Button to complete required fields to request your student ID (910#) and login information (email address and Blackboard).
How do I log into my student account?
Student Account assistance
Click the OTC Account Assistance Button and complete required fields to request assistance with your student account(s). Leaving a required field blank will cause an error. Please be sure to include a reply e-mail address and provide specific information about your account issue in the comments box. An e-mail will be forwarded from this link to the appropriate personnel.
Important Student Account Information
As of Monday May 27th:
Banner Web, Email, and Blackboard will be linked so that the password for all 3 accounts is the same. If you are currently using the same password for Banner Web, Email, and Blackboard, you will not experience any change. If your email password is currently different from your Banner Web and Blackboard password, the email password will change to the current Banner Web/Blackboard password.
OTC is also adding a feature to allow students to change or reset their own passwords. Should you need any help with your login information after this change takes effect, please follow the instructions below to recover or reset your password.
How to Recover/Reset a Password
If you know your account password and want to change it, follow these steps:
- Log into your Office 365 account by clicking on the Student Email Login button
- Go to Settings > Password
- Enter your old password
- Create a new password and confirm it
- Select Submit to finish and save your changes
If you do not know your current password, first try the default password instructions. If the default password does not work, use the Forgot My Password link and answer the security questions.
If you have followed all of these instructions and still cannot log into your accounts, complete the Account Assistance Request form to ask for help.
