Ogeechee Tech Collecting Supplies

Susan Pope and Matthew Gainous, General Education instructors at Ogeechee Technical College, are currently coordinating efforts to collect relief supplies for Hurricane Michael victims in Southwest Georgia. Faculty, staff, and students can drop items off in the Natural Resources Building in Rooms 1315 and 1305, or in the OTC Bookstore.
Some examples of items needed are:
- Towels
- Paper towels/paper plates
- Plastic cutlery
- Charcoal
- Batteries
- Flashlights
- Hand sanitizer
- Can openers
- Toothbrush
- Tooth Paste
- Deodorant
- Diapers
- Baby wipes
- Adult diapers
- Any canned items
- Noodles
- Spaghetti sauces
- Water
- Formula
- Tarps
- Gas cans
- Gatorade
- Water
- Chain saw oil
- Chips or snack items
- Bread
- Peanut butter/jelly
- Any non-perishable food items
- personal hygiene items
- Dog food/cat food
- Cat liter
