Ogeechee Technical College will be featured in Environment Georgia’s statewide Renewable Energy 101: Tools for Moving Your Campus to 100 Percent Clean Energy report that will be distributed in January 2020.

Ogeechee Tech has been selected for its involvement in Solar for Schools, an educational program that provides technical college students the opportunity to enter the workforce specializing in electrical applications for installing, inspecting, and repairing solar panels. The feature will also highlight OTC’s 20-kilowatt solar ground mount array and solar covered table installed at the Sylvania location.

Environment Georgia is a public interest group that works to make the world a better, greener place and the report highlights Georgia colleges that are making significant strides towards a 100% renewable energy future.
