OTC Holds Pinning Ceremony for Nurse Aide Program Graduates

Ogeechee Technical College recognized students completing the Spring NAST 1100 Nurse Aide program during a special Pinning Ceremony held on May 1.
The ceremony marked the culmination of months of hard work and dedication by students who successfully completed academic coursework and demonstrated clinical skills in patient care settings.
“These students have demonstrated exceptional dedication and perseverance,” said Cindy McKanna, Nurse Aide Instructor. “It’s been inspiring to witness their growth and commitment to the field.”
With the program completed, students are now eligible to sit for the state Nurse Aide Examination and begin their careers in healthcare.
