OTC’s Tony Berrios Graduates from Senior Leadership Academy

The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) announced the completion of its third cohort of the Senior Leadership Academy, a transformative professional development program aimed at advancing careers within TCSG and its 22 colleges. Tony Berrios, Ph.D, VP for Academic Affairs at Ogeechee Technical College (OTC), was among the graduates.
“The Senior Leadership experience gave me a deeper understanding of the vital role TCSG and Ogeechee Tech play in expanding education and workforce development,” said Berrios. “Learning from best practices across the state and collaborating with exceptional leaders was a true professional highlight. I’m excited to bring fresh, innovative ideas back to OTC to better serve our students, faculty, and community.”
The Senior Leadership Academy equips participants with the skills, insights, and experiences needed to lead effectively within TCSG’s dynamic, statewide network. Over the course of the year, participants engaged in hands-on leadership training, executive coaching, and strategic discussions focused on higher education policy, workforce development, community engagement, and innovation in technical education.
