OTC Welcomes Meagan Hendrix, Director for Curriculum Design and Instruction

Ogeechee Technical College is pleased to announce the appointment of Meagan Hendrix as Director for Curriculum Design and Instruction. Hendrix comes to Ogeechee Tech after spending more than 15 years serving students and educators in Bulloch County Schools.
Education has been the foundation for most of Hendrix’s career. Serving in a variety of capacities, her experience in instructional and leadership roles like Grade-Level Chair, Teacher Leader, Instructional Leadership Team Member, and School Improvement Specialist all support her new role in helping guide and develop curriculum for OTC.
“I am excited to join Ogeechee Technical College as the Director for Curriculum Design and Instruction and to support faculty and academic programs in advancing student success,” said Hendrix. “I am passionate about supporting educators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and working together to identify opportunities that promote instructional excellence across the college.”
As Director for Curriculum Design & Instruction, Hendrix will lead efforts to strengthen the quality and effectiveness of academic programs and online learning at Ogeechee Technical College. The role focuses on supporting faculty, enhancing course design, overseeing curriculum development, and promoting continuous improvement to ensure students receive a high-quality educational experience both in the classroom and online.
Hendrix is a lifelong resident of Bulloch County, where she lives with her husband Dexter and daughter Ruby Kate.
