Goode, who has won this award in back-to-back years, has been an instructor in OTC’s Esthetician program since 2019. Dr. Ryan Foley, Executive VP for Academic and Student Affairs, says that her popularity as an instructor has led to significant interest in program enrollment.

“It comes as no surprise to me that her program is extremely popular,” said Foley. “Every semester her students leave raving reviews on their course evaluations and talk about how well she has prepared them to enter the workforce.”

As for the driving school at Ogeechee Technical College, this is the third year in a row that the school has earned the top vote in the Best of the Boro contest.

“We are honored to be recognized as the best driving school in this area,” said Dawn Oliver, Director for Continuing Education at OTC. “Instilling safety and confidence in young drivers behind the wheel is one of the many ways our department contributes to the wellness of our community. Our students not only learn a lot in our program but enjoy themselves too.”
