OTC Wins Most Fabulous College and Work Event Space

Ogeechee Technical College (OTC) has been named "Most Fabulous College" for the 2nd year in a row in the latest edition of Statesboro Magazine and, for the third consecutive year, "Most Fabulous Local Work Event Space."

Ogeechee Technical College will launch a new Industrial Operations Technology program this fall, expanding training opportunities for students preparing for careers in advanced manufacturing and industrial systems. The program will be housed in the new 40,000-square-foot Georgia Training Center for Industrial Operations, a state-of-the-art facility scheduled to open this September. The center will provide modern training spaces designed to support hands-on instruction and strengthen workforce development efforts across the region.
At the same time, Ogeechee Tech continues to see strong enrollment momentum. The college reported a nearly 6% enrollment increase this spring compared to spring 2025, marking the fourth consecutive year of enrollment growth. The continued increase reflects rising demand for technical education and the college’s ongoing commitment to providing accessible, high-quality training that meets the needs of students and local industry.
