The Veterinary Technology Program at Ogeechee Technical College held a pinning ceremony on April 23, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., in the auditorium of the Joseph E. Kennedy Building.
Juliana Cadle, a 2025 graduate, welcomed the guests, and Ogeechee Tech’s Student Chapter of the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America (SCNAVTA) President, Katelynne Curtis, lead the Challenge to Serve.
“It has been a true privilege to teach this year’s graduating class of Veterinary Technology students,” said instructor Deidre Tillman. “This group has stood out not only for their dedication and professionalism, but for the genuine camaraderie and positivity they brought to every class and clinic.”
The class took the Veterinary Technician’s Oath and each of the program’s eleven graduates were individually recognized and presented with an Ogeechee Technical College Veterinary Technology pin. The 2025 pin recipients are Chrsitina Borger, Juliana Cadle, Katelyn Collins, Lauren Crider, Lauren Davis, Dana Dyches, Ithai Esquivel, Chad Feaster, Sarah Hedin, Reyanna Roché, and Rachel Selph.
Tillman boasted about this class’s ability to work well with one another, making them desirable candidates in the workforce.
“Their support for one another, their upbeat spirit, and their unwavering commitment to animal care have made them a joy to teach and a team to admire. As they receive their pins, I know they are ready to make a meaningful impact in the veterinary field.”
