COSMETOLOGY & ESTHETICIAN DAY is Monday, October 19! 

This is the day to come to campus to get enrolled for Spring 2027 Cosmetology or Esthetician Classes!

  • The line will begin at the Enrollment Services door of the JEK Building. Doors open at 7:30AM! 
  • Tickets will be given to those in line. Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Before attending this event, interested applicants:
    • Must have completed the online application and must be accepted for Spring 2027
    • Cannot have any holds on their account. To check for holds, log into your MyOTC account.
      • Click on Student Services
      • Click on Student Records
      • Click on View Holds
        • Common holds include the below:
          • New Student Orientation must be complete 
          • Outstanding Balances (example: $25 Application Fee) can be paid by calling 912-871-1643 

Cosmetology Day Cohort (1 Day Cohort will be accepted for Spring 2027):

  • 3 Semesters to complete
  • Accepts 24 Students for Spring Semester
  • Anticipated Schedule will be Monday - Thursday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Esthetician Day Cohort:

  • Accepts 16 Students for Spring Semester
  • Anticipated Schedule will be Monday - Thursday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Cosmetology & Esthetician evening cohorts will next be accepted in Fall 2027.

Program Purpose Statement

The Esthetics Program provides students with the theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and professional behaviors needed for entry-level employment in the esthetics industry. The program prepares graduates to pursue licensure through the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers and to deliver skincare services safely, effectively, and professionally
